"I have studied the benefits of a holistic lifestyle for myself and my two dogs, Sam (beagle) and Molly (adopted shepherd mix). My deep love of animals and desire to provide a healthy place to care for them led me to open Green Dog Inc. Through years of taking my dogs to daycare, I have realized the importance of exercise, pack companionship and a low stress environment. My passion is helping some of Chicago’s neediest animals at Chicago Animal Care & Control where I have logged hundreds of hours volunteering. At Chicago Animal Care & Control, I walk and teach basic manners to homeless dogs. I also give adoption assistance. I currently serve as a board member for the not-for-profit Friends of Chicago Animal Care & Control."
